Say “YES” to the following:

I wanted to do an experiment since I’ve been using JP+ and took a month off. BAD move, especially since it was in December during the holidays and height of the cold/cough season. I had managed to avoid getting every little bug that DH and my daughter brought home until just before Christmas and then BAM, sick for almost 2 weeks and I firmly believe it was because at that point I had not taken anything from JP+ for over 2 weeks. Well thank goodness my autoship arrived yesterday and my personal trial is over because now I have proof that this did have an effect on my health. I also noticed that while I wasn’t on JP+ my hair was falling out more than usual.

During the last TBWW Challenge I was able to lose 8.5 lbs and didn’t “diet”. I did have the shake in the morning with nothing more than just plain coconut milk because I just don’t have the time to make a smoothie. I walked the mall twice a week (1 to 1.5 hours/2.5 to 4 miles) and did the workout (just not the dips) two to three times. I wore my son (on my back because he’s 24 lbs and 15 mo) for every errand and every time I did house work.

JP+ has definitely helped me keep fit and not look my age (which helps since I’m pushing 40 and people still think I’m in my late 20’s or early 30’s).
